Job Title: Residential Cleaner
Location: Grand Rapids
Pay: $18-20/hr
Schedule: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
Job Description
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services in residential homes while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is trustworthy, and can work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces according to company standards
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, showers, tubs, and sinks
- Wipe down appliances, countertops, cabinets, and fixtures
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment properly
- Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to supervisors
- Maintain a professional appearance and respectful conduct in clients’ homes
Qualifications
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shift
- Background check may be required
