Looking for an experience Plumber to Join Our Team

Residential Property Management Company located in Troy, MI is looking to hire and experience Plumber to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• We require 3+ years working on residential homes
• Diagnose problems and recommend appropriate action/repair
• Remove and replace damaged, defective or obsolete piping and plumbing fixtures
• Understand local and national building codes
• Install various types of services pipes and pipe fittings
• Must be able to work independently in the tri-county area, possess a valid driver's license and have own tools and transportation
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test

Electrical, HVAC or carpentry experience a plus
