How you'll make an impactBuilds and maintains client and reinsurer relationships to ensure the appropriate level of service is provided for new and existing clients, bringing the wider business product and practice expertise to clients. Working closely with brokers to deliver strategies and goals for the development and management of these accounts. Understands the client’s business and their reinsurance needs and applies knowledge of the reinsurance market to improve the overall client relationship. Serves as the primary interface for clients and provides day to day support, service, and advice. Supports brokers and other colleagues by producing and delivering all relevant information provided to deliver client placement, account servicing and compliance, and tenders for new business and renewals.

- Sets, manages, and executes medium-term strategy.
- Accountability of staff results.
- Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures and communicating with executive leadership.
- Decisions have a serious impact on the overall success or failure on area of accountability.
- Establishes key elements of long-term function strategy and short-medium term tactical and operational plans with measurable contribution towards the achievement of results of the Division.
- Develops new products, processes, standards or operational plans in support of the organization's functional strategy.
- May have budget or P&L accountability for area of responsibility, or manage elements of the budget. Responsible for improving upon existing processes and systems using significant conceptualizing, reasoning and interpretation.
- Recommends functional strategy.
- Exercises full management authority, including final approval of performance reviews, pay decisions, hiring decisions, discipline and termination and other personnel actions.
Required:
- Requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
