Damage Prevention Technician - Michigan
We’re adding a few Damage Prevention Technicians to the team.
This is a solid role for someone who prefers being in the field, staying active, and working on projects that actually matter. Day-to-day is focused on locating and marking underground utilities, working off maps and data, and helping prevent damage before it happens.

What the work looks like:
- Locate and mark underground utilities across different environments
- Read maps, prints, and GIS data
- Use detection equipment within required accuracy
- Manage tickets and document work
- Work outdoors—this isn’t a desk job
What helps you succeed here:
- Organized, good with time management
- Comfortable working independently
- Valid driver’s license (travel up to ~75%)
- Able to work outdoors in all conditions
- Background in utilities, construction, or GPR is a plus
