Position Summary

The Warehouse Administrator plays a key role in coordinating warehouse activities by handling documentation, data entry, scheduling, and communication between warehouse, logistics, and office teams. This role ensures smooth material flow and accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Process shipping and receiving paperwork including bills of lading, packing slips, and purchase orders.
• Enter inventory transactions, receipts, transfers, and shipments into ERP/WMS systems.
• Schedule inbound and outbound freight with carriers and coordinate delivery appointments.
• Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, vendors, and internal departments to support daily operations.
• Track shipments and resolve discrepancies related to shortages, damages, or incorrect documentation.
• Prepare reports related to inventory levels, shipping performance, and warehouse metrics.
• Maintain organized records and filing systems for warehouse documentation.
• Support cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Assist with compliance, safety documentation, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong data entry, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP or WMS experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
