Project Manager – Residential Construction

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our quickly growing residential construction team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and takes pride in managing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee multiple residential home construction projects

-Coordinate job schedules and communications with subcontractors and suppliers

-Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress, cleanliness, and quality of work

-Use JobTread to track progress, schedule tasks, and communicate with teams

-Serve as the liaison between homeowners, subcontractors, and our internal team

-Ensure timely availability of materials and resources for each phase of the build

-Foster strong, collaborative relationships with all project partners

Ideal Candidate Traits:

-Strong communication skills (email, text, phone, in-person)

-Adaptable and emotionally intelligent, able to handle various situations and personalities

-Highly organized, proactive, and able to multi

-task effectively-Focused on continuous learning and improvement

-Calm under pressure with a problem-solving mindset

-Strong listening skills and ability to lead independently

-Familiarity with JobTread or similar project management software

-3+ years of experience in construction project management (preferred)

-Knowledge of the residential construction process from beginning to end

-Ability to work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
