Job Title: Machine Assembler

Location: Rockford, MI

Pay : $18-23/hr depending on experience

Shift: 1st Shift 6am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Position Summary:

As an Entry-Level Machine Assembler, you will assemble conveyor systems and components under the guidance of experienced team members. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in manufacturing and gain hands-on mechanical assembly experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble conveyor systems, parts, and subassemblies according to blueprints, work instructions, and safety standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to ensure accurate and high-quality assembly.
• Inspect components and completed assemblies for proper fit, function, and quality.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and staging finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn assembly processes.
• Ability to read simple blueprints or instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a team environment.
