Salary Range: $96,000 - $143,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous operation and reliability of critical IT and operational technology (OT) systems (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA, production line systems).
• Manage and maintain the factory's network infrastructure, servers, and end-user devices.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures to protect both IT and OT environments from threats.
• Oversee IT support services for all plant personnel, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Lead the planning, execution, and deployment of IT projects supporting manufacturing efficiency and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to identify technology needs and implement solutions.
• Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements for specialized manufacturing software and hardware.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing and optimizing manufacturing-specific IT systems, including ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor), MES, and SCADA.
• Proven leadership in managing IT teams, projects, budgets, and vendors within a production environment.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, network architecture, and cybersecurity best practices for operational technology (OT) and critical manufacturing data.
• Ability to strategically align IT initiatives with manufacturing business goals, driving operational efficiency and digital transformation.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards affecting manufacturing IT operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SCADA.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI/ML in manufacturing).
• Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity principles.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience supporting ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a production environment.
