Position Summary: Join the Origami team as our Recreational Therap ist , where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming lives through innovative and meaningful therapeutic recreation services! Under the guidance of the Clinical Supervisor , you will design, coordinate, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that focus on both structured onsite activities and community integration, empowering clients to achieve their fullest potential. In
role, you'll also m entor the Recreational Therapy Aide, ensuring seamless support for client-centered services. Your work will be central to enhancing the quality of life for each client, ensuring that care is tailored, impactful, and aligned with our mission, vision, and core values. Responsibilities

Develop therapeutic treatment plans based on clients' interests, abilities, and needs.

Document client information including session notes, progress notes, and treatment plans per organization and insurance requirements.

Provide r ecreational t herapy to individuals and groups.

Collaborate on strategic development of recreational therapy initiatives.

Mentor the Recreational Therapy Aide.

One to four years of related experience in clinical rehabilitation

Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to stand, walk, and sit (use hands to palpate, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop kneel or crawl, and taste or smell). Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
