Landscape Crew Leader | $20-$30/hr DOE | Full-Time

We are a small, owner-operated landscaping company with 31 years of experience delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work. We are looking for reliable, experienced crew members who want a long-term position.
What You’ll Do:
• Bed maintenance, weeding, pruning, and hedging
• Brick paving and rock walls
• Sprinkler system work
• Playground set installation
• Equipment cleaning and maintenance
What We’re Looking For:
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• 2+ years of landscaping experience preferred
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Willingness to travel for some jobs (extra pay provided)
Requirements:
• Must pass a background check
• Must be drug-free and pass a drug test
What We Offer:
• Full-time, year-round work
• Competitive pay: $20-$30/hr depending on experience
• Extra pay for travel jobs
• W2 or 1099 payment options available
• First day is a paid working interview
