We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide a variety of clerical and administrative support to our employees, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls and greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, treatment planning and going over treatment plan with the patients. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive
- Answer incoming phone calls and fill up the patient schedule
- Present dental treatment plant to patients and have patients sign consent forms and collect payments.
- Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
- Address and resolve customer concerns with a professional attitude
- Assist team members where your assistance is needed.
- Insurance verification.
- Minimum of one year of dental office experience is required.
- Previous experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar position
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
