Business Analyst 5 - Dimondale,MI

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst 5 to join our team. This role will involve analyzing business requirements, reviewing technical designs, identifying system gaps, and supporting responsive design application development. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, strong expertise in technical and functional analysis, and a passion for creating human-centric solutions.

Job Title: Business Analyst 5

Location: Dimondale, MI (Hybrid 2-5 days onsite per week)

Duration: 1 year with possible extension

Job Description:

• Review technical designs and specifications for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to quality standards.
• Support responsive design application development with a focus on user-centered solutions.
• Identify gaps in existing software systems and design solutions through new features, third-party integrations, or enhancements to legacy systems.
• Break down complex business requirements into actionable tasks for development teams while balancing technical constraints.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms with stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Expertise in reviewing technical designs and specifications.
• Strong background in responsive design application development.
• Knowledgeable about current software development best practices, including Agile, DevOps, and modern programming languages and frameworks
• Proven ability to identify software gaps and deliver solutions.
• Skilled in translating complex business requirements into actionable tasks.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Details:

• Interview Process: In-person interviews at MSP Headquarters (valid ID required).
• Hybrid: Onsite 2 5 days per week at the manager's discretion. No remote-only option.
• Local candidates only: Must be located within 2 hours of Dimondale, MI.
