Caregiver / CNA - Senior In-Home Care (Grand Rapids)
Location: Grand Rapids, MI**Schedule: PART-TIME, flexible 1st and 3rd Shift Needed ASAP!Pay: $16 to $18 per hour, depending on experienceStart Date: Immediate openings available Senior Helpers of Grand Rapids, locally owned and operated by a licensed physical therapist, is hiring compassionate caregivers and CNAs who want to make a difference. In this role, you will provide one-on-one care in clients’ private homes, supporting them in living safely and independently. If you have experience in assisted living, nursing facilities, or home care, we encourage you to apply. We also welcome those new to the field who are eager to learn. As a member of our launch team, you will do more than provide daily care. You will build meaningful, trusted relationships with clients and their families. Because our office is locally owned, caregivers receive hands-on support, direct communication, and leadership from an owner who understands both the clinical and personal side of care. Job Duties Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned Provide direct care, companionship, and emotional support in clients’ homes (not in facility settings) Perform light household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up Qualifications Comfortable working independently in private homes Compassionate, patient, and dependable Willing to learn new skills to better support your clients Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, or nursing assistance is a plus, but not required Benefits $16 to $18 per hour Flexible scheduling options Paid training and professional development Opportunities for advancement as our office grows Senior Helpers of Grand Rapids Company Culture Our Grand Rapids office is independently owned and operated by a licensed physical therapist who is committed to supporting both clients and caregivers.
