Supply Management Leader - Contracts and Process Team

• 
  You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:

• Maintaining and improving Supply Management processes through regular reviews with content owners and regional subject matter experts
• Leading monthly health assessments to gather process improvement ideas and prioritizing initiatives with leadership
• Executing contract management processes to ensure agreements, amendments, and related documents are reviewed thoroughly and completed on time
• Administering contract workflows, including reviewing incoming requests and ensuring consistency and accuracy in contract documentation
• Collaborating with Legal, Risk Management, and other stakeholders to review and approve exceptions to standard terms before contract execution
• Reviewing and negotiating supplier contracts to ensure compliance with company standards and balanced risk outcomes

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Management or a related field
• 0–5 years of experience in supply management, procurement, or a related field
• Experience working with suppliers or managing supplier relationships

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience or exposure to contract management processes and supplier agreements
• Knowledge of business law fundamentals or legal contract structures
• Familiarity with lean principles or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders such as Legal, Risk Management, or Procurement teams
• Exposure to contract management systems (e.g., Coupa) or similar tools
• Ability to balance risk, compliance, and business objectives when reviewing contracts
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a global team environment
