University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PT Homecare Experienced professional to join our team in Livonia, MI. Must have Kinnser experience! This role involves providing high-quality, personalized physical therapy services to patients in their homes, ensuring optimal recovery and improved quality of life. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in homecare physical therapy and be committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes, following prescribed treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, treatment protocols, and health maintenance.
• Document treatment sessions accurately and timely in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and caregivers to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain professional standards and stay updated with the latest practices in homecare physical therapy.

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license.
• Proven experience in providing homecare physical therapy services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the Southeast MI Regional area.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $70.00 - $80.00 per visit, paid biweekly.
