Wash Bay Attendant
Carleton Equipment, Michigan’s #1 Bobcat and Develon dealer, is a family-owned and operated business with over 85 years of experience serving the construction and agricultural industries. The Livonia team is seeking a Wash Bay Technician to help ensure that every piece of equipment is clean, detailed, and ready for customers. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy staying active, and want to be part of a supportive team in a modern facility. Responsibilities
- Wash and detail construction and agricultural equipment to company standards
- Prepare machines for delivery, rental, or showroom display
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe wash bay area
- Assist with moving equipment in and out of the shop as needed
- Report any noticeable damage or maintenance issues to the appropriate team members
- Keep the Cyclonator & Wash Pits maintained
- Assist with other tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain physically active throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license required
- Prior detailing or equipment experience is a plus, but not required
- Mechanically Inclined
