Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects, including new product introductions, process improvements, and equipment installations.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, ensuring alignment with production goals.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, particularly those related to production timelines, supply chain, and quality.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration among engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Monitor project progress against established metrics, implement corrective actions, and report status to stakeholders.
• Ensure all manufacturing projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality specifications.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships for critical project materials, equipment, and services.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) with PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Experience with risk management, budget control, and project scheduling tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with common manufacturing ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100)
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
