Dispatcher Receptionist

Join a dynamic team at RSC Mechanical Inc. as a pivotal member of our Dispatching Department in the role of Dispatcher Receptionist. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless communication between our valued customers and our operational teams. As a Dispatcher Receptionist, you play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Answer, screen, and direct all incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist with various other duties as assigned to contribute to the smooth functioning of the department.
• Gather and document customer inquiries and complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of HVACR and HVAC services.
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience managing heavy call volumes effectively.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.
• Proficient in the use of digital tools and technologies, including scheduling tools, data entry software, Microsoft Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to multitask efficiently, managing calls, entering data, and schedule coordination, without compromising accuracy.

This is a full-time position with regular hours from Monday through Friday, 8am to 5:00pm. However, flexibility may be required based on business needs, potentially involving longer hours.
