Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team within the GI Robotics Business Unit. This role focuses on generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive sales outreach and support of our technical solutions.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and has a passion for delivering innovative automation solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and digital platforms to generate qualified leads.
- Manage inbound inquiries and follow up on marketing-generated leads.
- Arrange / conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations in collaboration with technical teams.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate technical product benefits clearly.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information and activity tracking.
- Support the external sales team by setting appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales strategies.
- Stay current on robotics and automation industry trends and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales, telesales, or business development experience (preferably in technology, automation, or industrial sectors).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to grasp robot applications, Kawasaki robots/ options and lead discussions on these topics .
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365).
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in robotics, industrial automation, or engineering fields is a plus but not required.
