Responsibilities
- Prepare and accurately complete job start documentation
- Review projects with foremen, including scope, schedule, materials, tooling, and phasing
- Review alternates, premium time requirements, qualifications, and exceptions
- Manage scheduling on larger projects, including coordination with outside vendors
- Visit job sites regularly to stay connected to progress and resolve issues proactively
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in electrical construction (or related field)
- Project management and estimating experience
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts without chaos
- Someone who values professionalism, teamwork, and long-term growth
