Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and schedules to meet output targets.
• Lead, train, and mentor production team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Monitor production metrics, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality, planning) to optimize workflow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to effectively lead, train, and motivate a production team.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality control standards.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear team collaboration and reporting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish)
• Experience with manufacturing ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
• Project management certification (e.g., CAPM)
