We are seeking a skilled hands-on person to join our maintenance team to keep our company running efficiently. We also have rentals and other businesses to maintain at other near by locations.

Job Description:

As a Handy Person at the Country Smoke House, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and safety of our employees and staff. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform a wide range of general repair & maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and vehicle maintenance.

2. Inspect property and identify issues or necessary repairs.

3. Respond promptly to service requests from management & staff.

4. Preventative Maintenance Services.

5. Complete tasks efficiently and in accordance with safety guidelines.

6. Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion.

7. Occasionally assist with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Handy Person or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.
• Own transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
