About the Role

We’re hiring a Climbing Arborist , Crew Lead with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform expert-level tree removals, pruning, and rigging as a climbing arborist
• Lead and support ground crews to ensure efficient, safe workflows
• Inspect tree health and provide professional recommendations
• Operate climbing gear, ropes, saws, and safety equipment with precision
• Uphold all company safety standards

What You'll Need:

• ISA Certified Arborist credential (required)
• TRAQ certified (required)
• 2+ years professional climbing & rigging experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of tree biology & proper pruning techniques
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
• Ability to work outdoors in most conditions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety, initiative, integrity and professionalism.
• Leadership experience ( nice to have)
• Comfort operating trailers and backing equipment

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (weather-dependent) weekends as needed.
• Daytime hours; snow shifts may include early mornings or nights
