Salary Range: $88,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the timely and effective repair and troubleshooting of production machinery and facility infrastructure.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure all maintenance operations comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive initiatives to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance costs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and leading a team of maintenance technicians in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise in industrial mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLCs.
• Demonstrated success in developing, implementing, and optimizing preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Comprehensive understanding of industrial safety regulations and best practices (e.g., LOTO, confined space).
• Experience managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies applied to maintenance.
• Certification in a relevant area such as Project Management (PMP) or Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
• Proficiency in advanced CMMS administration and data analytics for performance optimization.
• Experience with robotics and industrial automation systems.
