Senior Clinical Research Coordinator

We are actively hiring a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator at our Detroit, MI location! The Senior Clinical Research Coordinator assists the Investigators in executing Phase I, II, III, and IV clinical research trials in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), FDA and GCP guidelines, and study protocols while providing an impeccable patient experience in every, single interaction. Shift: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM; one Saturday each month (9am - 1pm)Location: 20755 Greenfield Rd # 107, Southfield, MI 48075
Compensation: $31.25 - $34.86 based on experience + quarterly discretionary performance bonuses

RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) obtains study participant informed consent.
- Executes study protocol procedures in a detailed, organized, and professional manner.
- Collection of Medical Histories, Concomitant Medications, and demographics
- Collect data for AE assessments
- Work directly with PI and research team to complete Inclusion/Exclusion, perform follow ups and Unscheduled visits, and drive retention and compliance.
- Maintains study-specific files and supplies.
- Communicate with the Study Sponsor/CRO regarding study-specific questions.
- Participates in site visits from Sponsors/CROs, including site initiation and monitoring visits.
- Additional duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
- Familiar with collecting medical histories
- A clear understanding of ICH, FDA, and GCP regulations
- Phlebotomy experience, EKG or other patient labs/processes preferred
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with the Principal Investigator, research team, Study Sponsor/CROs, potential subjects, and referral sources
- An ethical compass that compels the candidate to be honest, detail-oriented, and self-driven
- High-level critical thinking skills
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
