Experienced Kitchen Staff Saddleback BBQ at Coachs
Location: Coachs Pub & Grill Lansing, MI
Pay: $14$15/hr (No tip sharing at this location)
Schedule: Open availability preferred, especially nights & weekends
Saddleback BBQ is Lansings premier destination for authentic Southern-style BBQ with a Midwestern twist. Our Coachs location upholds this same standard, offering a high-energy, fast-paced kitchen thats known for delivering exceptional food and service. About the Role:
Were looking for strong, dependable kitchen professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments. Ideal candidates will have 35 years of experience in both corporate and independent kitchens, and be hungry to work on a high-performing team. If you bring the right experience and a positive attitude, there are plenty of opportunities to grow with us. Responsibilities:
- Execute food prep and cooking to company standards
- Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume service
- Uphold food safety and sanitation procedures
- Take direction well and support kitchen leadership
- Keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and organized
- Bring a team-first mindset and high energy every shift
- 35 years of kitchen experience preferred
- Background in both fast-paced corporate & independent restaurants
- Open availability (daytime, evenings, weekends)
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-functioning team
- We will consider highly motivated applicants with less experience who demonstrate a strong desire to learn.
