Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and staffing for production, technical, and administrative roles.
• Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.

• Experience with talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies for both production and administrative roles.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing HR policies and programs that support operational efficiency and a positive work culture.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with union relations or collective bargaining agreements.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Certification in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or OSHA compliance.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms tailored for manufacturing environments (e.g., complex shift scheduling, time clock integrations).
