Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HRIS systems, including regular updates, patches, and troubleshooting of system issues.
- Generate and analyze HR-related data reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for HR functions such as payroll, performance management, and employee records.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to configure and customize the HRIS platform to meet business requirements, including setting up workflows, user permissions, and system functionalities.
- Provide ongoing training and support to HR staff and end-users on how to effectively use HRIS
- Ensure HRIS systems adhere to legal, regulatory, and organizational compliance standards, including data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR) and internal security protocols.
