Palletizer – 2nd Shift

Location: Benton Harbor, MIShift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AMPay: $19.00 per hour

Job Summary

Are you dependable, detailoriented, and looking for a steady opportunity in manufacturing? We’re seeking a Palletizer to join our team in Benton Harbor, MI. In this role, you’ll play an important part in preparing finished products for shipment by organizing, stacking, and palletizing packaged parts with accuracy and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Palletizer, your core responsibilities will include:

• Taking packaged parts and stacking them onto pallets according to production and shipping requirements

• Ensuring pallets are organized, stable, and prepared for transport

• Following labeling, packaging, and palletizing instructions

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Supporting production and shipping teams as needed

In addition, you may assist with general warehouse tasks and help ensure all outgoing products meet quality and packaging standards.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Skills

• Attention to detail: Ensures pallets are stacked correctly and safely

• Dependability: Consistent performance to support daily shipping needs

• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with production and warehouse staff

Preferred Skills

• Experience in palletizing or packaging

• Familiarity with warehouse environments

• Basic understanding of shipping or inventory processes
