Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our properties and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are looking for individuals with experience in mowing and using handheld tools. If you align with our core values and have a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Receive training from a direct supervisor.
- Provide regular soil maintenance for lawn care, such as: weeding, trimming bushes, mulching, cleaning flower beds.
- Possesses the ability to work in any weather conditions consistently in a physically demanding environment.
- Ability to communicate with department managers or supervisors regarding any property damage.
- Use tools and equipment properly.
- A valid driver's license.
- Able to lift 50 pounds all day.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience with mulching and pruning
- Ability to work days and occasionally some weekends
- Valid driver’s license
- Positive attitude
- CDL is a plus but not required
Compensation
$17-$20/hour
Benefits
- Personal Time Off: 24 hours paid – After 90 Days, plus ESTA
- Holiday Pay: After 90 days – Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day
