Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, vendor management, logistics, and inventory optimization. This full-time, on-site role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and a passion for improving supply chain performance.

You will collaborate closely with production and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality standards across both domestic and international vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, vendor relations, and logistics coordination
• Oversee purchasing for 30+ domestic and international suppliers
• Ensure on-time delivery and maintain a 99% fill rate across inventory
• Develop and implement cost-saving and efficiency-improvement strategies
• Collaborate with production and inventory teams to balance material availability and production needs
• Monitor and analyze key supply chain metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to support profitability goals
• Utilize ERP systems for data analysis, purchasing, and reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain management
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory control
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
• Preferred certifications: CSCP, ASCM, or CPSM
