Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure Facility is ready to provide proper space to all renters that shift.

• Gather information at the beginning of shift on what needs to be done - by Checking EZF by Setup Notes, Shift Notes & Act/Delegate as needed.

• Check to make sure OptiSigns is accurately reflecting the schedule for your shift. Make adjustments if necessary.

• Ensure Opening/Closing Checklists are followed to full completion and standard

• Ensure all of our clients are able to start and finish their reservations on time by facilitating transitions according to EZF & Setup Notes.

  • Utilize Facility Techs to oversee transitions when able, however Supervisors should supervise any transitions which have been flagged as complex or challenging.

  • Make sure Equipment Checkout is done accurately, payments are collected before usage, waivers are on file, etc.

• Manage facility tech workers, ensuring tasks get done professionally and in a timely manner.

  • Assign Shift Roles & Responsibilities at the top of each shift, and offer support where needed.

  • Keep Technicians busy with additional tasks during downtime, and prioritizing

• Proficient knowledge of the movement / adjustment of sports equipment used.

  • Net / hoop adjustments

  • Instillation / breakdown of equipment

  • Court transfers

  • Proficient in training Facility Technicians (FT’s) in all FT Role/Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of the clients we serve, their needs, and their expectations.

• Understand who to contact (and how to contact them) if there is a need to reach out.

• Ability to prioritize and reprioritize tasks / responsibilities

• Ability to problem solve issues that arise and lead in emergency situations

• Understanding of where items are located in the facility

  • Tables, Chairs, Extension cables, sandwich boards etc

- Proficient in navigating the shared drive / google workspace

- Ability to create and print paper signs and OptiSigns

- Professional communications with discretion and ability to funnel towards proper channels

- Proficient in processing rental payments

- Completion of any Incident Reports for any major injuries or incidents

- Able to manage, stock, and troubleshoot Vending Machines in building
