Advanced Education & Training

We offer a structured Advanced Aveda Training Program after licensure to ensure you feel confident with every guest and service in your chair. From Aveda color mastery to precision cutting, youll gain technical excellence, business-building skills, and guest care expertise. We set the roadmap, and you set the pace.

• Compensation (part time) :
  • Training Period (36 months, ~35 hrs/week): avg. $437/week
  • Year 12: ~$39,000/year (incl. tips)
  • Year 35: ~$46,000/year
  • Year 68: ~$60,000/year
  • Year 9+: ~$68,000/year

Requirements

• Current or expected Michigan cosmetology license
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and squat
• Ability to lift/carry up to 10 lbs
• Strong communication and listening skills

Hours

• Part-time: 2432 hours per week (with potential to grow into full-time)
