We are a faith-based nonprofit organization committed to strengthening marriages, restoring families, and creating lasting impact through marriage and family retreats, mentorship, and community support programs. Our mission is centered on helping couples and families reconnect, heal, and thrive spiritually and emotionally.

At this time, we are in the very early stages of developing and launching our retreat program. While we do not yet have an active retreat facility in operation, we are actively working toward bringing this vision to life in the near future. Because of this, building a strong and sustainable fundraising foundation is absolutely essential to moving the mission forward.

We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and highly organized Call Center Manager / Fundraising Outreach Coordinator to help grow our donor support efforts through phone outreach and relationship-building.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable both managing fundraising outreach operations and personally making donor calls during the early stages of growth.

In the beginning, the successful candidate will primarily handle outreach calls directly while helping build systems, scripts, donor relationships, and fundraising processes. As the organization grows, this position may evolve into managing additional callers, volunteers, or a small fundraising outreach team.

We are looking for someone who is an expert on the phone, passionate about nonprofit work, and able to communicate our mission with authenticity, warmth, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Donor Outreach & Fundraising Calls

• Make outbound calls to prospective donors, supporters, churches, and community members
• Share the mission and impact of our marriage and family retreat programs
• Build relationships with donors and supporters
• Encourage one-time and recurring donations
• Follow up with previous donors and interested supporters
• Maintain professionalism and compassion during all interactions

Fundraising Operations

• Help create and improve call scripts and donor outreach strategies
• Track call activity, donor conversations, and fundraising results
• Maintain accurate donor records using spreadsheets or CRM systems
• Assist with donor follow-up communications and thank-you outreach
• Help identify opportunities for future fundraising campaigns

Growth & Leadership Development

• Assist in developing systems and processes for future outreach expansion
• Help recruit and train future volunteers or callers as the organization grows
• Contribute ideas to improve donor engagement and outreach effectiveness

Qualifications

Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organized and dependable
• Professional phone presence
• Passion for nonprofit, ministry, or faith-based work
• Basic computer and data-entry skills

Preferred

• Experience in fundraising, donor outreach, sales, customer service, or call center work
• Experience working with nonprofits or churches
• CRM or donor database experience
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Compensation

• Hourly pay, salary, or performance-based structure depending on experience
• Flexible work arrangements may be available
• Base salary & Fee-based structure

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
