Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for manufacturing initiatives.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, supply chain, and quality assurance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues specific to manufacturing processes.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Communicate project status, progress, and performance to all relevant stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization within manufacturing projects.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and quality control principles.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean) and relevant software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and risks inherent to manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with cross-functional manufacturing teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context.
• Proficiency in CAD software for reviewing and interpreting technical drawings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
