HVAC Service Technician

HVAC Service Technician – Full-Time (Michigan)
Location: Various locations throughout Michigan
Job Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Pay: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour

We are currently accepting applications for a full-time, year-round HVAC Service Technician to provide residential HVAC services across the state of Michigan. The ideal candidate will be experienced, reliable, and customer-focused.

Job Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain residential HVAC systems across Michigan

• Diagnose and repair heating and cooling equipment

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

• Maintain accurate records of work performed

• Adhere to company safety procedures and industry regulations

• Be available for evening and weekend work as needed

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of field experience in residential HVAC

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Reliable transportation

• Possession of standard industry tools

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends

• Must pass pre-employment background checks
