Position: Full-Time Tour Operator – 53’ Mobile Medical Trailer

Mobile Resource Associates (MRA) is looking for an elite Tour Operator to take the helm of our state-of-the-art 53' mobile medical clinic. This isn't your average freight gig. Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
As our Tour Operator, you are the face and foundation of our mobile operations. Your responsibilities are critical to our success and include:
- Safely operating and transporting a 53’ Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) to various locations across Canada.
- Executing the seamless setup and teardown of the non-expandable mobile trailer at each event site. This includes deploying and leveling the unit, managing power and HVAC systems, and ensuring 100% operational readiness.
- Maintaining the pristine condition of the clinic’s interior and exterior – you take pride in your rolling command center!
- Conducting routine maintenance checks on the tractor and trailer to ensure safety and compliance.
- Managing on-board inventory, supplies, and logistics with precision.
- Serving as the primary MRA point of contact on-site, liaising with clients and local partners with professionalism and a can-do attitude.
- Proactively troubleshooting and resolving any logistical or technical challenges that arise.

Must-Haves:
- A valid Class 1 Driver’s License with a clean abstract and driving record.
- Based in Saskatchewan (Regina and surrounding areas preferred).
- Ability to travel extensively for extended periods.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical proficiency.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’re a true professional.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work independently as part of a larger, remote team.
