Now hiring a Robot Weld Operator on 1st shift in Litchfield. This role involves programming, operating, and performing routine maintenance on a Fanuc robotic welding machine.

Robotic Weld Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday )

• Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6am-3:30pm and Friday, 6am-10am (possibly 2:30pm)
• Operate machines and complete tasks as directed by the supervisor.
• Identify and separate non-conforming stock.
• Follow Process Control Plans and Inspection Sheets.
• Operate single robot MIG weld cells efficiently.
• Set and adjust robotic weld machines to specs.
• Meet production output requirements.
• Inspect all robot made welds for quality.
• Perform finishing tasks (cleaning, grinding, clamping, etc.).
• Track and identify work in progress.
• Follow all safety rules and report hazards.
• Follow workplace rules and procedures.
• Assist Quality Assurance with customer issues.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Train new staff on robot operation and quality requirements.
• Manage stock in and out of the robot weld area.
• Perform additional production tasks as assigned.

Robotic Weld Operator Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years related working experience is required.
• Steel toes are required.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
