Experienced Line Cook - Evening Shift

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Line Cook to join our team at the yacht club, working alongside Chef Victor in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen.
This position is ideal for someone confident on the sauté station who can also take ownership of closing the kitchen at the end of service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute menu items on the sauté station with consistency and speed
- Work directly with Chef Victor to ensure smooth service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station throughout the shift
- Properly close down the kitchen, including cleaning, food storage, and prep for the next day
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep and other stations as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous line cook experience required (sauté experience strongly preferred)
- Ability to work independently and stay focused during busy service
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Team player with a positive attitude

Someone who takes pride in their work, can handle a busy kitchen, and is comfortable being a key part of the closing team.
