Are you a motivated and experienced Licensed Loan Officer looking for a fully remote, commission-based opportunity with high earning potential ? Dynagen Lending is offering an exciting opportunity where you can earn 85-100 basis points Plus an additional 25 basis points for self generated while working from the comfort of your home.

• Active NMLS license (required).
• Minimum 1-2 years of mortgage loan origination experience .
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
• Ability to structure deals effectively and guide clients through the lending process.

• Experience in conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans .
• Established referral network and book of business.
• Experience with loan origination systems (LOS) and CRM tools.
