Salary Range: $140,000 - $191,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations and production activities.
• Manage plant budget, optimize costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Lead, mentor, and develop plant personnel and management teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production goals and objectives.
• Maintain high product quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive (7-10+ years) experience in manufacturing operations management, with significant leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence, continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma), and productivity gains.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of safety protocols, quality systems, and regulatory compliance within manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, Industry 4.0)
• MBA or Master's degree in a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency in multiple languages
