What Youll Do
- Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations
- Lead, coach, and motivate hourly team members to achieve performance goals
- Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold brand standards
- Assist with inventory control, scheduling, and labor management
- Maintain a positive and energetic workplace culture that drives results
What Were Looking For
- 2+ years of leadership experience in full-service, casual dining, or QSR management
- Strong people-development and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining operational excellence
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and teamwork
