By integrating seamlessly with the broader Cisco Security ecosystem, Duo ensures organizations can protect their users, data, and systems with the most sophisticated tools available. We’re redefining security from the ground up. We engineer our business to enable our customers to easily address their ever-evolving security challenges.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of product management experience, relevant experience in IT security and an understanding of the problems identity administrators and security professionals face, either by direct work experience or by building products focused in security and identity management.
  • Expertise in SSO protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), authentication workflows, and cloud-based architectures.
  • Consistent track record interpreting data to analyze customer needs and market trends in the Identity and Access Management domain, translating findings into actionable product priorities and roadmap deliverables.
  • Experience using data to inform decision-making, including proficiency with analytics tools, ability to write data queries, and defining and tracking product metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence customers without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Product marketing management or sales enablement experience.
