$21.50/hour
Work Hours : 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM

What’s a typical day as Buyer Assistant Purchasing? You’ll be:
- Overseeing event program logistics from start to finish, ensuring smooth coordination with the Communications team.
- Managing vendor billing and maintaining accurate input into our Meeting and Event system.
- Responsible for payment processing through various methods and supporting month-end close activities.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold an Associate Degree and have 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or payment management.
- Possess proficiency in SAP IERP & ARIBA , specifically within the PO, AP, and Work Order modules.
- Have advanced skills in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office .
