Property manager

We are searching for a reliable, trustworthy, out-going individual to fill a Property Manager position in our company. The team-oriented office is based on property management with multiple condominium associations. The office is located in Cedar Springs, Michigan with some travel involved. Hours are 7am-3:30pm Monday through Friday with some evening hours.

Candidates must be self-motivated, with strong communication, people, leadership skills, and work well with others. Our office is extremely fast paced, so candidates must be able to multitask. We are looking for an individual who will make a positive impact on our team.

Job Description: The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of condominium associations while overseeing and enhancing the value of the property. This job is perfect for a team player who is motivated by setting and upholding standards to make their property stand out from the rest.

Responsibilities:

• Checking and responding to emails
• Communicating with customers and vendors
• Budget development and review
• Maintaining the property financial goals
• Controlling cost and meeting budgeted numbers
• Attention to co-owner concerns and maintenance requests
• Implementing and enforcing association policies
• Available to attend evening Board meetings

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate with staff and co-owners
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Professional and polished image
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team setting
• Manage receivables, payables and budgeting
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude
