- Provide 24-hour in-house emergency department coverage
- Manage acute patient presentations with an average volume of 25 patients per day
- Perform emergency procedures and stabilize patients for admission or transfer
- Collaborate with nursing staff (2 RNs day shift, 2 RNs night shift, 1 RN mid-shift)
- Coordinate transfers to UPHS – Marquette for higher level of care when needed
