This is primarily an in-person role at our facility located in Carleton, Michigan. This position will lead HR teams located at our Southeast Michigan facility, a production facility located in Loudon, New Hampshire as well as an HR Specialist that works with a team of employees that works remotely.

The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong vision for talent development, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to foster a respectful, inclusive, and legally compliant work environment.

Base salary starts at $110,000, with the potential for higher compensation based on education, expertise, and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, and the opportunity for a merit increase after 90 days of employment.
