Fertilizer/Bed Spray Technician
Join Our Team as a Licensed Fertilizer/Bed Spray Technician – Make a Difference in Lawn Care!
MUST BE CERTIFIED IN CORE, 3A, 3B, AND 6. If you are independently certified in these categories are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a passionate and certified Fertilizer/Bed Spray Technician to help us provide top-tier lawn care services to residential and commercial properties. As a vital part of our team, you’ll have the autonomy to work independently while utilizing state-of-the-art equipment to apply expert fertilization and weed control solutions.
You’ll be given a company vehicle and a set route to manage, all while upholding our commitment to customer service excellence. We believe in education, empowerment, and delivering results — and we’re seeking team members who share these values.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Providing comprehensive lawn care services: fertilization, weed/pest control, and aeration
- Applying liquid and granular fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments in full compliance with state regulations
- Conducting lawn assessments on every visit to diagnose issues and recommend solutions
- Educating customers on effective lawn care practices, products, and results
- Keeping clients in the loop about their lawn care program and progress
- Safely operating lawn care equipment, maintaining the company vehicle, and ensuring safe material handling
- Managing your own route and territory with pride and responsibility
- Working outdoors and embracing all weather conditions – rain or shine!
3-A, 3-B, 6, CORE Applicator’s License (Required)
Valid Driver's License (Required)
Passion for lawn care and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Strong communication skills and a desire to educate customers
Ability to work independently while staying organized and efficient
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Salary : $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
