About the Role:
Join DETROIT CITY SWEEP LLC as a Masonry Worker and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the beauty and functionality of our city. This role offers hands-on experience in masonry, providing an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects in Detroit.
Responsibilities:
- Construct and repair structures made of brick, block, and stone.
- Mix and apply mortar and other materials as required.
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met on all projects.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Assist in site preparation and cleanup as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in masonry or construction preferred.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Knowledge of masonry techniques and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
