$150,000 - $200,000 yearly

• Lead and inspire a team of mortgage bankers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Oversee the loan origination process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all applications.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and achieve sales targets.
• Provide expert guidance and support to team members, empowering them to reach their full potential.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and positive lending experience.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to align team goals with company objectives and drive business success.

• Must have an active NMLS license.
• Must be comfortable with working on-site in Southfield, MI 48033. M-Th 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Fri 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
• 2–3 years of experience originating loans, sales leadership, telemarketing management, or call center supervision.
• Experience coaching or training sales teams (mortgage experience required).
• Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and turn insights into actionable coaching.
• Comfortable leading a team in a high‑activity environment.
• Organized, proactive, and passionate about developing people.
